Here's a snapshot of Ortigas Center at around 6:00pm today just after the rain this late afternoon. The center was just starting to turn its lights on at the time this photo was taken.

There's an active low pressure area (LPA) these days, so expect drizzle or heavy rains, specially during late afternoons and evenings.
